Cancellation policy for all courses (adults and children)

We want to provide a quality experience to all our members while ensuring efficient course management. Therefore, we have implemented a clear cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation of a course

   • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the start of the booked course.

   • Any cancellation made within this time frame will retain the course credit for future use.

2. Late cancellation or absence

   • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the course, or unreported absences, will result in loss of credit for that course.

   • This measure aims to ensure that places are accessible to other members and that courses are optimized.

3. How to cancel a class
