Practical questions

Do I need to be in shape to start?

No. Fitness comes with training. Classes listed as "All levels" welcome beginners and the coach adjusts the intensity.

Which discipline should I try first?

BJJ (Gi or No-Gi) for ground work, boxing or kickboxing for stand-up. Tell us what interests you in your request and the team will suggest a first class.

Are classes mixed?

Yes, adult classes are mixed and open to everyone. The club also offers women-only BJJ classes.

Is there sparring in the first class?

Sparring sessions are listed separately on the timetable. For the exact first-class rules, we'd rather not guess: mention it in your trial request and the team will confirm.

What equipment do I need?

Comfortable sportswear and a water bottle. For a gi, gloves or other specific gear, we'd rather not guess: mention it in your trial request and the team will confirm.

How much is a membership?

Prices are confirmed directly by the team. Mention it in your trial request and we'll send them to you.
