Practical questions

When are the women-only classes?

All women-only sessions appear in this page's timetable, synchronized with the club's main schedule.

I have no experience. Is it for me?

Yes. The class is designed to welcome beginners and the instructor adapts the content.

I'm coming alone. What happens?

That's very common. You'll be welcomed, introduced to the group and paired with a partner.

How does it relate to mixed classes?

Women-only classes are a separate group. Mixed adult classes remain open to women if you want to train more often.

What should I wear and bring?

Comfortable sportswear and a water bottle. For a gi or other gear, we'd rather not guess: mention it in your trial request and the team will confirm.

How much does it cost?

Prices are confirmed by the team. Mention it in your trial request.
